Utilities

Depending on your lease, some utilities will need to go into your name before the beginning of your lease term.

To identify which utilities go in your name, look at the Utilities Addendum of your lease. There will be a chart at the top that shows which utilities need to be switched and which are on bill back. If a utility needs to go into your name, there will be an X in the box for the "Lessee(s) Name" column. If the utility is on our bill back system, there will be a set amount in the box under the "Lessee(s) Average Utility Bill Back" box.
