Moving van rentals can cost hundreds of dollars depending on the size of van needed and the length of time you will need it.

In addition to the cost of moving itself, you will likely need to pay new application fees and a new security deposit or redecoration fee. Application fees are typically anywhere from $20 to $60 per applicant. Security deposits are almost always equal to at least one month of rent. They will send a renewal offer that outlines any changes in rates. They are available to answer any questions regarding your lease renewal. Once you have decided to renew, you can conveniently sign your renewal lease through your AppFolio online portal.

Move Within Our Inventory

If you'd like to move to another location in Indiana, we've got you covered! Our current residents can move to another one of our properties without reapplying and paying for a new application fee. While we will need to re-income verify you to ensure you qualify for the rates associated with your new place, our dedicated leasing staff can make the process quick and easy for you! If you choose to move locations, our Redecoration Fee is also typically much cheaper than a security deposit.
